Northern Youths Caution Sowore Over Attack on Malami

From: Musa Abdullahi

Northern youths have expressed concern over the recent attack on former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami SAN, by Omoyele Sowore, the publisher of Sahara Reporters. The attack followed a visit by former Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, to Malami's office, where they discussed ways to strengthen talks aimed at saving Nigeria.

The youths, under the auspices of the Arewa Youths Advocate for Peace and Unity Initiative, described Sowore's actions as attention-seeking and accused him of hiding under the banner of activism to damage the reputation of highly placed Nigerians. The group's National President, Sani Danaudi Mohammed, condemned Sowore's behavior, stating that it is typical of individuals who use activism as a cloak for ulterior motives.

The group's stance on the matter highlights the need for Nigerians to support one another in promoting peace, unity, and progress. By backing Malami's initiatives, the group is contributing to the country's growth and development. The Arewa Youths Advocate for Peace and Unity Initiative reaffirmed its support for Malami, promising to continue backing his initiatives aimed at promoting peace, unity, and progress in Nigeria.

The group's support for Malami is a testament to his Journey to promoting peace, unity, and progress in Nigeria. Malami's contributions to Nigeria's development and his commitment to promoting peace and unity have earned him the respect and admiration of many Nigerians.

The caution to Sowore serves as a reminder that Nigerians will not tolerate behavior that seeks to undermine the progress of others. The group urged Sowore to refrain from engaging in behavior that could damage the reputation of others and instead focus on promoting peace and unity in the country.

The Arewa Youths Advocate for Peace and Unity Initiative's statement is a welcome development, as it underscores the importance of promoting peace and unity in Nigeria. By working together and supporting initiatives that benefit the country, Nigerians can build a better future for themselves and future generations.
