Former Bauchi Governor M. A Abubakar Shows Love for APC, NURTW

Former Governor Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar, popularly known as Makama Babba, has reaffirmed his unwavering support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bauchi State with a generous donation of N5 million to the party. The donation was made through Alhaji Murtala Ibrahim Danmalikin Boto, Chairman of M.A Strategy, and is a testament to Makama Babba's commitment to strengthening the party and fostering unity among its members.

In a separate gesture, the former governor gifted a brand-new Sharon model car to the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), exemplifying his people-centric approach to politics and engagement with key stakeholders. The presentation took place at his Fadamar Mada residence, underscoring his strong ties with grassroots organizations.

Governor M.A also extended his support to party stakeholders with a N1 million donation to aid in the purchase of Eid cow, a move aimed at boosting morale and promoting unity within the party, particularly during festive periods. This gesture is expected to further endear him to the people of Bauchi State and reinforce his reputation as a leader who cares about the welfare of his constituents.

APC State Chairman, Alhaji Muh'd Alhassan Tilde, lauded the former governor's generosity, hailing him as a devoted leader and father figure to the party. "We appreciate your support and commitment to our great party," Tilde said, expressing gratitude for Makama Babba's unwavering dedication to the APC.

The NURTW drivers' union expressed gratitude for the car gift, pledging their full support for Makama Babba's future endeavors. "This gesture shows his care and concern for the welfare of the common man," a union representative said, highlighting the positive impact of Makama Babba's actions on the lives of ordinary citizens.
