Tinubu Again Movement Promises Strong Partnership as President Tinubu Appoints Yari as DG

Kaduna-The Tinubu Again Movement, under the leadership of the Honourable Minister of State for Defence and Convener/Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Bello Mohammed Matawalle, MON, has congratulated the former Governor of Zamfara State, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, on his appointment as the Director-General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council (PCC).

The group described the appointment as a highly commendable and strategic decision that will further strengthen the party’s preparations and mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections. In a statement signed by the National Coordinator of the Tinubu Again Movement and made available to newsmen in Kaduna, Dr. Auwal Abdullahi Aliyu described Senator Yari’s appointment as timely, well-deserved and capable of adding tremendous value to the APC’s presidential campaign efforts.

The National Coordinator reaffirmed the movement’s readiness to work closely with Senator Yari, the APC leadership, stakeholders and other support groups across the country to ensure a decisive victory for President Tinubu in 2027. He said the Tinubu Again Movement is rapidly expanding its reach through grassroots mobilisation, strategic engagement and community-based structures, with a clear objective of building a formidable support base capable of delivering its target of 20 million votes for President Tinubu.

Dr. Auwal further disclosed that more than 700 APC support groups with national acceptance and strong grassroots structures have already partnered with, joined and collapsed their structures into the Tinubu Again Movement. According to him, the development reflects the growing confidence in the movement’s vision and its commitment to building a broad-based national coalition of supporters dedicated to the success of President Tinubu and the APC in the 2027 elections.

The movement also commended Dr. Bello Mohammed Matawalle, MON, for his open-door approach and commitment to welcoming credible partnerships that can contribute to the victory of President Tinubu. It noted that Senator Abdulaziz Yari is not only an experienced political leader but also a close associate and predecessor of Dr. Matawalle, making his appointment an important development that will further strengthen coordination, unity and cooperation among APC stakeholders and support groups.

The Tinubu Again Movement therefore expressed its full support for Senator Yari in his new responsibility and pledged its cooperation towards the successful discharge of his mandate as Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council. The group called on APC members, support groups and well-meaning Nigerians to unite behind President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda, stressing that with the growing partnerships, grassroots mobilisation and collective determination across the country, the victory of President Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election is achievable and assured.

Bodejo’s Arrest: AGGA Warns APC Risks Losing the North Ahead of 2027
